Come be a vendor at the 24th Annual Pan American Nationals ~ July 12, 13, 14 & 15, 2018.
Vendor Rules & Registration
- Vending space deposits and/or balances are non-refundable.
- Personal and/or company checks cannot be accepted after July 8th, 2017.
- Vendors must supply their own electric.
- Vendors display, product & mode of transportation must fit in size of spot you are requesting.
- If vendor does not fit in requested/paid for space fine will be $100 per foot.
- The sale of merchandise bearing the show name, logo, or art work is prohibited.
- ANY DISTROBUTION OF FLIERS MUST BE APPROVED BY ATCO MANAGEMENT if not approved and we find you passing out you will be immediately ejected from the event!
- Vendors must remain open and properly manned during vendor hours.
- Sale of alcohol, firearms, food & water are prohibited.
- Atco will pre-assign vendor spots depending on size requested and available space. Facility Manager will meet you for set up and is your contact person for the event.
- No specific site is ever guaranteed—we will try our best to accommodate requests.
- Subletting or sharing of rental space without the written consent of Atco Dragway is strictly prohibited.
- We encourage/appreciate early set up.
- All vendor tents must be secured by weights (please no spikes in the pavement)
General Vendor Information

Vendor Check-In and set up Begins Thursday July 12th at 4 pm – 10 pm
Event Times Friday, Saturday & Sunday Gates open at 8 am
4-Day Pass A 4-Day pass is $85 per person—contracted space provides you
with a designated amount of tickets & pit car passes (see chart below)
Front Gate Please pick up vendor packet —Weekend Tickets & Car Passes
Entertainment We will have a stage & live entertainment throughout the event
space is going to be limited so we need everyone’s cooperation with regards to space
Security The track will have security 24 hours please make sure your
product is locked up we are not responsible for any losses, damages, etc.
